Kevin lives in Colorado Springs and got into foundation repair after helping friends make sense of basement cracks and conflicting estimates. He believes homeowners deserve a plain explanation of the problem and a realistic look at the options before deciding anything.

Scheduling and Estimates Coordinator
Hannah grew up in El Paso County and keeps the office side running. She gathers details about each crack, damp wall or uneven floor, lines up visits and makes sure every homeowner knows what happens next.

Foundation Repair Field Lead
Trevor leads work on site, with a particular interest in how soil, drainage and wall construction interact in Colorado basements. Off the clock, he spends his time hiking the trails around Cheyenne Canyon and the Garden of the Gods.
How We Work Together
We start by listening to what you have noticed and gathering basic information about the house, the symptoms and when the problem began. Next we arrange an assessment, then explain our findings, the proposed repair, materials, expected cost and any limitations that may affect the result. When engineering input is needed, we tell you why and coordinate with the engineer. We keep you informed throughout. If weather affects the schedule, the work uncovers additional damage or the scope needs to change, we talk to you before any additional work is approved.
